Meet the CEO

Dr. Josephat Sua has over 30 years of dedicated experience in medical laboratories, including more than 20 years in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry.

He began his journey in laboratory medicine with a three-year Diploma from The Mombasa Polytechnic (Technical University of Mombasa), followed by a Higher Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences (Clinical Chemistry) from The Kenya Polytechnic (Technical University of Kenya). Dr. Sua’s academic pursuits continued with a degree in Business Management from the University of Derby  (UK), an MBA in Strategic Management, and a Doctorate in Business Administration.

He is registered with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB) and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) in the UK. In addition to his formal education, Dr. Sua has participated in various training programs in Europe, China, and Korea, further broadening his expertise. His specific interests lie in clinical chemistry and diagnostic biomarkers.
Dr. Sua has developed several highly-rated training programs that have received positive feedback from attendees, showcasing his commitment to excellence in laboratory education and professional development.
